Alice put together a superior 6 week itinerary, which gave us ample opportunity to experience both countries. What made the trip special were the expert recommendations on what to see; and, the handling of all the details.

We had a fairly extensive trip booked for our 50th Anniversary with Goway and our travel agent Kelly Dibben @ AMA Lethbridge did an excellent job coordinating, with Goway to make our trip to Asia, which included Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Bali, and Australia Unfortunately, we had to cancel the balance of our trip after we were in Saigon, Vietnam, due to a death in the family. Goway, working with our agent, we're excellent in arranging our emergency flight home. As we were on the other side of the world and with a time difference of 14 hours, Goway has a crew that worked tirelessly around the clock to ensure that you get the best travel experience on the planet. My travel agent, Alice, was very patient and worked hard to develop a tour package that met my needs in terms of the cities I wanted to visit, the type of hotel I wanted and she was thoughtful about the fact that I was traveling alone. After I left on the trip, Alice, was very responsive to any problems I had (via text) and she helped me reschedule a trip I missed. I appreciated all the detail that went into to planning my trip. The info given was very helpful and the excursions were amazing.

We are travelling to Asia - Vietnam and Thailand in the spring. We previously toured Kenya with Goway Travel and had an excellent experience. So we have booked with Goway again for this trip. As always Farooq has set us up with a wonderful pre and post for our Northern Lights Hurtigruten Cruise. He does a fabulous job picking the right hotels, and making all the arrangements. Can't wait to experience this with my clients.

We used Goway for a short trip to South America. It was arranged easily and the details of the trip went well for our family of three. For simple trips we usually book things ourselves and are fine doing that in North America and Europe. When we have gone further, the value in a travel agency is in linking and arranging keys details in a trustworthy manner. In this trip we had a guide in each of two South American locations that were arranged by Goway. This went well and having this set up in advance gave peace of mind during the trip. Choosing the itinerary and hotels was also helped by the suggested items from Goway. We trust with our experience that we'll have a good outcome on trips such as this. The two private guides were helpful and nice to connect with.

We recently completed a 9 day trip to London and Paris and had a great time. The hotels were in good locations, near attractions and events, and the rooms were a good size for our family. We didn’t have any issues with admission to the excursions we went on and our private transportation was on time to and from airports and train stations. Additionally, our representative Kim did a great job of navigating us through the booking process. Overall, we’d highly recommend Goway Travel to others.

Peter put a dream China, Tibet, & Nepal trip together for us and it was absolutely amazing! I explained my expectations to Peter and he exceeded my ideas and thoughts for this trip. After we left on the trip, the company was very responsive to any problems we had (via text) and also was receptive to feedback. The main suggestion we have is to provide customers with an itemized cost of the package prior to asking for deposit. After the trip, we realized there were some excursions we would not have taken due to their cost.

Everything worked very well. We appreciated the seamless pick-up at airports, the choice of hotels and the tours. The guide was very nice but not perfectly bilingual in Rio and I fear we might have missed some touristic / historical informations because of that.

It was a trip of a lifetime and definitely a bucket list check off. We would have given full points but we encountered some hiccups during our initial seat selection where we weren't able to enter the airline websites independently without the help of a travel specialist at Goway. Even though it wasn't perfect I still enjoyed our trip immensely and would consider booking for future trips with them.

The was a bucket list Beatles trip. We were thrilled. Our agent, Edwina Brislaine took care of every little detail. Flying into the John Lennon International Airport, staying at A Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool, arranging the Magical Mystery Tour bus, Penny Lane , Strawberry Fields, the Beatles Museum, on to London in a private black cab tour to Abbey Road !!! The process was smooth, our agent was very knowledgeable and offered many excellent ideas to fill in the gaps and make a complete trip from our initial basic trip ideas. Every aspect of the trip went smoothly, drivers and guides were there to meet as outlined in our itinerary. The companies GoWay partnered with in SE Asia for our tours and hotels were all terrific. We felt very pampered throughout, maybe even too much at times.

You were fine, but you may wanna consider sending folks to a different resort. They were serving poisoned pins coladas during our stay.

We just got back from our amazing Europe Christmas trip. Patrick Carleton, Senior Destination Specialist, is awesome in organizing the entire trip. He was always professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. He took care of everything, from flights and hotels to transportation, and even included a few extra places I wanted to visit. Goway Travel was the ONLY travel agency (out of more than 10) that was able to deliver the exact travel experience we were looking for and in a time sensitive fashion.. We wanted an all inclusive trip (hotel, flight & activities) to Dubai and S. Africa and to stay within our budget. I worked with Nicole and Nerea, who both were very attentive and proactive to our needs. Nerea really blew me away with her dedication in customizing our itinerary!
