You provided exactly what you quoted, no more, no less. We did have a concern while there an did send an email to the Toronto office but never did get a response. We ended up whatsapping the local contact in Manila but that was inconclusive so in the end just decided to screw it and go with the flow. It worked out.

My wife and I recently retured from a trip to Tahiti and Bora Bora. Natasa and her teams assitance with flights, transfers, and accomodations was very helpful. We had a slight hiccup with the transfers in Tahiti that was resolved quickly without me having to get involved which was very nice. I would gladly reccomend goways services to other travellers.

Hotels were good a couple were exceptional. Drivers were on time and very professional and personable. Some of the tour information was misleading as we missed one due to ambiguous instructions as well as no confirmation numbers were supplied for other tours. This was our first experience with Goway and we were not impressed.

Gina Dorey did a great job organizing our trip to South Africa and Botswana. We didn't have to be concerned about anything as all pickups and transfers were arranged and on schedule. The substitute lodge suggested for our Karongwe safari suggested by Gina was excellent. We have used Goway before and likely will be calling them again soon.

That everything, including transportation was taken care of. Most of the tour guides were excellent but one needs attention. He was rushing us, rude and clearly not interested in English speaking clients. He made one of our tours very undesirable. In addition, one hotel was in the middle of no where without dinner options other than the hotel. The hotel food was terrible and we were there for two nights.

The tours and pickup elements made it easy. The hotel resort locations were all amazing. Sometimes the travel between felt like a lot because the itinerary didn’t tell us how long each element of the trip was expected to take (eg, pickup time at hotel 10:30 AM but we had no idea if it was a 1 hour or 3 hour trip from there)

Keren Samuel, Goway group specialist, did a fabulous job of tailoring and planning a trip to Dubai & the Maldives. She met my budget and timeframe. Keren is always responsive to all my questions and revisions and kept me updated right up to my departure. The excursions and local travels were well coordinated and planned and was seamless. My group is still raving about the amazing time we had in Dubai and the Maldives. Goway is my #1 tour agency.

The Safari's located at the Safari Club and Makalali game reserve was amazing. The Commodore hotel located in Cape Town was assessable to the waterfront with a large variety of restaurants and shops. The Victoria Falls restaurant was breath taking at its location. The Boma dinner and drum show was very nice but it need to come with some kind of warning. If you have Respiratory health issues the Boma may not be a wise to attend. The burning of coal or wood? was very intense. The entry to Zimbabwe was cash only of $30 for US no other option. The shop keepers Zimbabwe, preferred US Currency in cash. Thank you Angela.

What started as a bucket list trip, ended with so many Ah-mazing moments. Jessica Scott did wonderful finding excursions for us that fit our desires and goals. We had a few hiccups along the way but Goway was there to assist. Highly recommend Jessica for travel needs. We'll be utilizing her in the future.

Harpreet Litt was amazing and she helped us plan our dream Japan vacation. We spent two weeks traveling Japan and she incorporated all of our requests into the trip; everything from Sumo wrestling match, food tours, cooking classes, relaxing stays at the Onsens, excursions to all the famous landmarks and temples we requested! She was simply amazing. This was our first time using Goway travel and we are already planning our next trip with them. They thought of everything and we loved how easy it was to access our itinerary and travel passes. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful! Japan is beautiful and the people are so kind and welcoming. We are already planning to go back.

Overall, we had a terrific trip! So much fun! This is one we will reflect on for a long time to come. Everything went smoothly and as planned in terms of the on-the-ground transfers and tours. In particular, the local guides were fabulous. There was good communication, and I liked having the What's App open line. If I were to improve anything, it would be as follows: I think the hotels could have been more centrally located. We had to take a lot of taxis and Ubers to get where we needed to go. One of the hotels in particular was extremely uncomfortable. I would look out for this when planning next time. In addition, they should look to ensure there was lunch available during longer transfer days. Additionally, the activities happened earlier than the availability of breakfast (with hotels far from central towns, we ended up skipping a couple meals).

The trip it self was amazing with absolutely no hiccups in anything. The reason in my 4 stars is I felt Jessisa the sales rep was really knowledgeable. But after the sale her follow through lacked. I had to call her to get corrections on errors on my final itinerary. I also reconfirmed by calling all carriers overseas. The sales and service doesn't end after your paid. I'm using Goway Travel for next year but will ask for another rep.

Most of the tour guides were knowlegable and accommodating. The one in Porto "Paul" was noticeably not concerning and not even helpful. He was the only one that stood out among all the others. Most hotels were good, except one in "Fes". The guy on the front desk was quite rude and breakfast was mediocre at best. Do not recommend that one. Also the hotel in "blue city" was a very difficult climb for anyone.

Our group just came back from a wonderful 13 days trip in Greece. Both Goway and the local suppliers Tour Greece have been great to us. The tours to Delphi and Meteora were amazing with entertaining guides, definitely a must do from Athens. We had a great time during the cooking class in Paros with our host Maria. Finally we finished our stay in Santorini with a great wine tasting and sunset cruise with exceptional views.

This trip to Australia was a trip of a lifetime for our family of 6. We saw Sydney, Uluru and Port Douglas attractions over 12 days. Every tour and guide was fabulous. The hotels and food were all top notch. Except for one exceptionally long flight layover, the transportation arrangements were good. We didn't like Jetstar Airlines, but I'm not sure there was an alternative. We'll definitely consider Goway for our next trip, first place we'll contact.

From start to finish this was the best vacation we've ever had. Every single aspect ran smoothly, the logistics were perfect in everyday, Jess, our consultant,was so helpful and made sure everything we wanted was included. The tour itself, New Zealand Odyssy was absolutely incredible, our guide Lindy was so full of knowledge and added many little facts into the trip that made it unforgettable. We saw so much of New Zealand but it never felt rushed or overwhelming, we had plenty of time to wander and take pics and videos. All in all I wouldn't change a thing. It was perfect.
