Very disappointed with Jilla Active customer service. They only refunded me half of what I paid and kept all the products. I tried numerous times to contact them but they ignored my emails. I will never order from them again and will share my experience with friends and community online. When you dishonour a sales agreement it’s called theft. Jilla Active you are thieves.

Great products - super comfy - efficiently delivered.

The products are excellent quality. The fabric, the fit and the styling. My wardrobe is gradually collecting more and more items each week. I mainly wear for yoga and Pilates and the styling is great for sport casual also, which is great for my work when giving talks and presentations rather than just teaching practices. The products have become my brand favourite and my go to after the quality of a popular British brand have started to deteriorate recently. The returns process can be a little slow however, which does let the products down a little. But this would not stop me buying as the quality makes up for it. I General I have and will continue to recommend the products to friends and clients.

I’m very impressed by Jilla ActIve. The sale prices are truly a sale, the quality of the clothing is good and the service very good. One item I had ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and given options. They were quick and efficient sorting everything out, including a small refund. I would definitely use them again!

Not sure what going on but the "founder" Mofei hacked my Linkedin account and changed everything to her personal details and removed all traces of my career achievements over the course of 12 years. Linkedin is FREE you don't need to hack someones account and delete all their career and business information just to insert your own. This might just have been a sick joke or a bad social media "company" that you have hired to get more views to your website. but this is unexceptionable.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered two items, received an email saying they were out for delivery, but the next day I was told they were being returned to the warehouse. No explanation was given until I followed up, only to learn they were damaged in transit. Instead of resending the items, I was told one would be refunded because they came from different warehouses. I asked for my original order to be kept as I wanted both items, but since then, I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. I’m left with half my order and no resolution. Very poor customer service.

Wrong leggings were sent but your staff member responded immediately and o had a new pair almost immediately
