The tablets are too big to swallow and made me gag. Even if you can take them it’s not an easy or comfortable experience. The outer is not a ‘soft gel’ it claims to be so it’s like trying to swallow a hard sweet all in one. I was told I could only have a partial refund for unopened packets but nothing for the ones that are hardly used.
