Excellent morning and night multivitamin....I haven't had a cold in the two years since I've started taking them. I have a lot more energy and my hair and skin are in great condition.

I have been taking Lumity Supplements for a few years now, and they are unlike anything else I have ever tried. Yes, they are expensive but so worth the price. My sleep and overall well-being have definitely improved as a result of taking them. Not only that but their customer service is really impressive. Whenever I have raised anything, they have always responded so quickly. I recently contacted them with a delivery question, and Joanna was fantastic. Such a lovely company.

I have been using the products for few years and I like it very much. It is practical to use but well balanced and formulated for my needs. I do take some extra Omega fish oils though as my skin is dry and I need more to supplement the menopause phase.

I’m really happy with the supplements. My headache used to be worse and the skin has improved. Overall a good product so far.

I celebrated my 60th birthday this year, so to mark the occasion I took on the challenge of cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats, as I wanted to be able to motivate my twin grandchildren Arthur and Beatrice (aged 5) to take on challenges as they go through life. Wow, just wow 🤩 I wasn’t sure when ordering such expensive supplement but I was desperate because of how my hair was falling out and because I couldn’t get the eczema on my hand under control. I didn’t see any results for a while but 4 months in my hair grew longer and thicker than it ever did my entire life. All my friends and my hairdresser keep asking what I’ve done to my hair because I have so much new baby hair. My eyelashes grew, my nails are stronger and because my skin is now overall moisturised from within my eczema almost disappeared! It only shows rarely and very quickly disappears and I don’t have to use eczema creams 100 times a day!

Great product. I have been taking the capsules regularly for the past 3 months and what a difference. My skin is better, my hair is noticeably thicker and PMT symptoms much reduced. And I generally feel more positive about life.

I've never been big on taking vitamins. I'm one of those people that will buy a bottle of vitamins from the supermarket, take it for a week then lose interest. In fact, Lumity supplements have given me so much motivation to live a healthier life through diet, exercise and the supplements and I've lost almost a stone in weight. I've never been so determined!

I’ve been using limits now for a few months and am now beginning to feel that I have more energy and lots of zest for life that had disappeared for a couple of years. I had stomach and digestive problems and my friend told me to try it as she was taking it and it was working for her . So I decided to give it a try. It’s definitely made a difference in my digestion too.

It has taken a little while, as I initially thought the pills were not working - however, by the time I was taking them for the second month, I was sleeping much better, and also just generally feeling more relaxed and positive, so will definitely continue with these!
