However, their logistics/delivery/updates on orders is extremely poor. I know they have recently changed distribution (or something) but when you commit to subscribe for a relatively pricey product, I expect better.

First of all everything arrives safely, tamper-proof, in great condition and right on time! Second, Holly and the team are fantastic at keeping track of my account, are very responsive on any questions I have and always make sure I am topped up on my supply. Without Lumity, I wouldn't be able to perform at the level have to in my work and life. A huge thank you to the Lumity team!!

However, Holly head of CS single handedly turned my opinion around. I'm looking forward to see the results of the product kick in.

The link doesn't work - I get a 404 error message' I got a phone call from Holly a short while later. Super apologetic, explained that they are having some problems getting their new distribution set up and promised to resolve for me. She did, promptly and fuss free and I now have my first month's supply. Problems and issues sometimes happen and it is the way in which they are dealt with that makes the difference. I couldn't be happier with the customer service (thank you) and hope that I love the product!

They offer refillable products to cut down on packaging which for me is a must with any company/brand in the current climate. If you have not tried the facial oil and cleanser you absolutely must - your skin will thank you for it!

I know the company is experiencing some change re shipping but I’m sure it’s just a hiccup - they are worth waiting for !

Germany | 08 October 2019I’m absolutely loving the supplements, facial oil and cleanser. I could notice a positive effect on my mood, energy and sleep from the supplements. I love how the oil sinks in and makes my skin soft. And I love the cleanser which fully takes off my makeup and doesn’t dry out the skin! However... one star off simply because of shipping delays. Since I have a subscription I’d like to receive the shipments before my supplements run out or at least shortly thereafter. I am still waiting for the next batch although money has been taken from my account more than 2 weeks ago. Also, they decreased prices for one off purchases by £15 but for subscription only by £10. So now there is only a £10 difference between subscription and one off price which doesn’t make subscriptions that attractive anymore, especially considering the shipping issues. I hope this can be resolved!
