I am torn writing this because I think Lumity capsules are great and I do notice a difference since taking them. However, their logistics/delivery/updates on orders is extremely poor. I know they have recently changed distribution (or something) but when you commit to subscribe for a relatively pricey product, I expect better.

Too soon to tell yet as only 4 weeks, but fingers crossed. I do feel it is starting to work in some ways and will update later. Customer Service very good.

This product is great! Highly recommend it. The customer service is out of this world too.

I have been taking Lumity for over a year now, it took a few months for me to feel the difference in my energy levels and sleep patterns, now they are part of my daily routine and I love how they make me feel inside and out. My monthly delivery arrives on time and the new environmentally conscious packaging is a real plus for me.

I love Lumity products and feel much healthier since using them. I’ve been using the supplements and facial oil for almost a year and they have made a huge difference to my skin - no breakouts or dryness - my nails are stronger and my hair looks better and is thicker than ever before. I’ve always received a fabulous service from the team with regular updates on when to expect my delivery. Delighted with the new eco-friendly packaging too! I couldn’t be happier!

No updates on delivery Product arrived empty with no supplements in the containers - completely unacceptable

I previously posted about delayed delivery. Excellent response by customer service team ‘Holly’ I was contacted the next morning and was couriered my missing products. Holly was fab - superb customer service. Although I was initially annoyed she was very pro active completely on it Really impressed and happy Sitara Ismail

I have been taking the Lumity supplements for over two years (and I also use the facial oil), I just want to say what exceptional customer service I always receive. First of all everything arrives safely, tamper-proof, in great condition and right on time! Second, Holly and the team are fantastic at keeping track of my account, are very responsive on any questions I have and always make sure I am topped up on my supply. Without Lumity, I wouldn't be able to perform at the level have to in my work and life. A huge thank you to the Lumity team!!

I my looking forward to receiving my product but ten days after payment still not received. I chased and was told there is a delay and that I had an email explaining but no email. I would be happy to review again after receiving and using.

Initially, my experience of receiving my purchased subscription of Lumity's Morning & Night softgels was not to the level I was expecting based on information on their website and a lack of clear notification or communication was worrying. However, Holly head of CS single handedly turned my opinion around. I'm looking forward to see the results of the product kick in.

I got stuck in the recent delivery delay but the customer service has been second to none and the product has been worth waiting for - I love the new Cleanser!

I left a 1 star review with this commentary: 'Ordered on 2nd Oct got one email to say order received with a link to track. The link doesn't work - I get a 404 error message' I got a phone call from Holly a short while later. Super apologetic, explained that they are having some problems getting their new distribution set up and promised to resolve for me. She did, promptly and fuss free and I now have my first month's supply. Problems and issues sometimes happen and it is the way in which they are dealt with that makes the difference. I couldn't be happier with the customer service (thank you) and hope that I love the product!

I cannot fault anything about my experiences so far with Lumity! The products and the service I have received is second to none. They offer refillable products to cut down on packaging which for me is a must with any company/brand in the current climate. If you have not tried the facial oil and cleanser you absolutely must - your skin will thank you for it!

I’ve been using lumity now for years and have added the oil and cleanser to my supplement routine - all I can say is they all work I’ve been healthier, sleep better and have great skin. I know the company is experiencing some change re shipping but I’m sure it’s just a hiccup - they are worth waiting for !

I’m absolutely loving the supplements, facial oil and cleanser. I could notice a positive effect on my mood, energy and sleep from the supplements. I love how the oil sinks in and makes my skin soft. And I love the cleanser which fully takes off my makeup and doesn’t dry out the skin! However... one star off simply because of shipping delays. Since I have a subscription I’d like to receive the shipments before my supplements run out or at least shortly thereafter. I am still waiting for the next batch although money has been taken from my account more than 2 weeks ago. Also, they decreased prices for one off purchases by £15 but for subscription only by £10. So now there is only a £10 difference between subscription and one off price which doesn’t make subscriptions that attractive anymore, especially considering the shipping issues. I hope this can be resolved!
