Obviously a bit concerned after reading the other reviews but made the order anyway since I was after a grinder that I couldn't find elsewhere. Having received my order (earlier than expected) along with consistent updates on shipping/ordering status and a perfectly packaged delivery, I really can't fault anything! Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again in the future.

Possibly the most dishonest person i have ever made the mistake of dealing with. Avoid like the plague. He will lie to you at every opportunity then laugh down the phone. Totla piece of sh1 t c.u.n.t.

Setup an order for next-day delivery, failed to deliver, then just canceled the order without notice. Dealing with this company was a complete waste of time and inconvenience. The grinder showed up days later when I wasn’t even at the address. The merchant arbitrarily then decided to charge my card like some sort of fraudster without asking permission at all. Regarding the response below, it’s completely inaccurate. I have not refused to pay. I am awaiting a proposed resolution.

I have used myespresso a number of times over the years for various Rancilio machine parts, they have always been excellent and I've never had any issues. I plan to continue using them in the future.

This Man is unbelievable. We purchased a Ranchilio silva machine and grinder etc.. 3 years ago. I sent the machine off to My Espresso to be serviced as it had lost pressure due to lime scale build up. He charged £110 for descaling and servicing the machine, (plus the £30 I paid to have it couriered to him) and sent it back. On receiving the machine it was filthy, covered in white residue and every single stainless panel had been stained by some kind of chemical. At first I thought I'd been sent the wrong machine but checked the serial number to be sure. Then I read all the reviews of this clown and decided to save myself the hassle and just use the machine, lesson learned. We then went on holiday for 2 weeks and used it on our return. 5 says later it lost all pressure and stopped working completely. My wife found another company and sent it off for servicing. They sent pictures of the state of the inside of the boiler, FULL OF LIME SCALE. They stated that the machine had NOT BEEN SERVICED. So another £130 to get it sorted properly. Incidentally they said they had had several other machines sent to them after My Espresso had "serviced" them! When I said to the guy that we were going to try to get a refund from my espresso he said “good luck! He’s so rude people just don’t bother” They also added that another customer sent them a machine that My Espresso had been paid to change the pump on, only to find the serial number of the pump that of the original machine. Again charging for work which simply had not been carried out. So I call My Espresso and explain all of this, of course the arrogant idiot tells me I know nothing, and the company who have now serviced it correctly are lying to me and don't know what they are doing! I have requested a full refund and he has put the phone down on me twice. The arrogance of this man is utterly unbelievable. How he can blatantly rip people off like this is beyond belief. He fully knows he hasn't carried out the work he claims to have done, and has damaged my machine returning it in a far worse state than it was sent. The only option I now have is to pay him a visit and deal with him face to face, no option to hang up on me then. No doubt he will comment below as he has an all the other negative reviews here. He is an utter disgrace, AVOID! N/B Just to be clear, the machine was used for 5 days after it was returned to us, then stopped working completely. I have posted photos of the mess left inside our machine in Google reviews. I asked you for a refund you said "this conversation is over" and put the phone down on me. You put the phone down a 2nd time when I asked you why you have so many terrible reviews. I never "threatened you with violence", just that I would pay you a visit to collect the money you have stolen from me. And why if you are such a reasonable and professional man do you have such a catalogue of horrific reviews reporting you as a rude arrogant man who rips people off? Perhaps in fact, they are true.

I went with myespresso after reading some of their replies on here. In my experience they can't be beaten on price or service and the free stuff that came with my Rancilio machine and grinder sealed the deal. Highly recommended. Remember that some customers on here just can't be pleased...

I live a quite close the Espresso shop in Coventry and so it was convenient to call in for a small replacement part for my Gaggia Classic machine. I found the man running the shop to be most ageeable. After receiving the part a coffee basket costing only a few pounds, I found the man who I assume was Mr Redl to be most helpful and informative in advising how I could make better coffee. After leaving the shop 10 minutes later I was a great deal wiser. I can't comment on the products or complaints relating to them on this review site but I can't agree in anyway whatsoever on the personal criticism and the service & help given to me by the assistant thats what I have based my full marks on.

I found my espresso on a google search as I wanted to buy replacement parts for my Pavoni Stradivari - the rubber o-ring between group head and body. My first experience of him was being told I had to pay £10 delivery for this small o-ring because it was Northern Ireland and that was what his courier charged. I said that was way too much and put it in an envelope to me ( o-ring - approx 3mm thick, letter size). He relented and charged me £5. The parts arrived via his "courier" - Royal Mail by letter. I then tried to fit the o-ring which was too big and mashed itself onto the faces. On calling him he said that was normal and seals perfectly well!! It sealed as promised but looked terrible. Nevertheless I had coffee again and let it go. Subsequently found this was not the right size seal as the right one fits snugly into the group head groove. Against my better judgement I tried him again a few months later putting down the first experience to a misunderstanding. Worse was to come - again the £10 charge and Royal Mail delivery!! He confirmed in an email to me that all parts were in stock, did not deliver all the parts, did not inform me that the rest would follow, sent the wrong parts and only when I threatened to raise a dispute with Mastercard was the situation resolved. To avoid any doubt I had sent him a marked up exploded drawing of the entire machine complete with descriptions and numbering and asked him to confirm by part number the prices and availability of each identified. I got a one liner back that all parts were in stock and he gave me a delivered price. So I took him at his word...more fool me! I would never use this company again. The owner is rude, makes you feel like it is all your fault and in my case made a huge profit on postage charges. Furthermore, after my first authorised payment over the phone, he subsequently charged my credit card more than authorised by me and to add insult to injury charged me again without my permission. He had retained my card details and I would like to know is he compliant in his credit card procedures as the law has tightened significantly in recent years?

Ordered a new boiler for my Rancilio espresso machine from here; described as "suitable for all Rancilio machines" - it did not (quite) fit mine. I emailed detailing the problem, had a reply within an hour, the issue was sorted within minutes on the phone and parts on the way (8 quid or something silly) the same day. Peter's advice was sound and he's clearly very knowledgeable. In hindsight I could and should have emailed first for his advice. A professional outfit that offers speedy service, expert advice and fair prices.

Our Ascaso machine arrived with serial number cut off the box and machine (and no warranty information). I asked the owner why there was no serial number and rudely he said "that's for me to know". We contacted Ascaso to obtain the pressurised attachment (which was missing thus we have no crema) and they have said that this is a bogus company and they do not know where they get their machines. Ascaso have kindly offered to send us the missing parts. The owner was very rude on the phone. AVOID this company.

Rapid delivery and good service so far. Assortment of free items came in box including a kilo of coffee beans. Would recommend them to anyone wanting coffee related items.

Stainless steel steamer pot. It became stained. Mr Redl sent a bizarre letter explaining why this happened. It became uneconomic to pursue this as a legal problem. Some reviews here- the positive ones well......you decide. I was ready to buy a coffee grinder for over £200. Sorry-not now. His genuine reply might be: 'I asked you to send the photograph which you did. I asked you to post the pot. I didn't receive it. I didn't receive the card Royal Mail left for me. I explained fully how stainless steel can be stained in a letter I packed in a Jiffy bag.' Now reply is received from Myespresso; it's unbranded. The package and jug has no brand. Stainless is just what it says. It cannot be stained. Therefore: I can offer this to Trading Standards to check.

this company is so off hand when dealing with customers it. Is almost unbelievable. My 80 year old father ordered a part from then . The part arrived and did not fit. When informed they sent the same part again! I returned the. parts for a refund (33£) and was sent £18. They are terribly off hand when speaking to (ex)customers. They seem to work on the principle that the customer is always WRONG! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CUSTOM.THERE ARE OTHERS MUCH MORE DESERVING OUT THERE

New to UK, ordered and received Rancilio Silvia within 3 days (great!). Used for 3 days, suddenly machine wouldn't heat up. Followed procedure twice to reset thermostat switch, didn't help. Called this morning to replace item, very rude and indignant response from rep, gave my wife a pickup window of over 4 hours with nothing more granular to manage her expectations (what a huge waste of time). The fact that this excellent machine broke within 3 days tells me a lot about the quality of this company's sales practices. They get one more shot at this, then they'll be reported. Seems like a very similar thread with after market support for their sales, as I've read here.

After reading more reviews on coffee grinders than I'd like to admit I settled on a Rancilio Rocky. Google showed one official UK supplier, myespresso.co.uk I'll admit the [now rather old] reviews on here made me somwhat apprehensive but after re-assurance from a recent customer I placed an order. The order was processed and dispatched quickly and arrived safely a few days after. Would use again.

I ordered a Gaggia espresso maker from this company which arrived in terrible condition - box was torn, had obviously been opened before and several of the shiny plates / plastic panels were scratched. I sent it back requesting a new one and the one which arrived was in a similarly bad condition. Sent this one back saying it was unfit for purpose and I wanted a refund and with no explanation was given money back with a significant reduction over what I paid. When I queried this I was told that the reduction was to cover the postage of both units to myself. Upon trying to point out to him that under distance selling regulations he should be giving me a full refund because the goods were not of satisfactory quality (of which I had photographic proof), he just started shouting then hung up the phone. Worst customer service I've ever come across, avoid like the plague.

I highly recommend this company having purchased a number of items from them over the last couple of months. When one of the components on the espresso machine broke I returned it to Mr Redl and he sent a replacement by return post.

My wife ordered a La Pavoni machine from Myespresso for my birthday. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the machine to work correctly so I contacted Myespresso to arrange to return it to them. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me that I wasn't using the machine correctly ( I have owned / been using espresso & cappuccino machines for over 20 years) so I paid £26.45 to return it within the statutory seven days after receipt for a refund, fully in accordance with the company's stated refund policy. Without making any attempt to contact me, Myespresso sent the machine back to me (unfortunately it was delivered whilst we were away or I would have refused it) with a very brusque note telling me that there was nothing wrong with the machine. I subsequently wrote to the owner informing him of my statutory rights to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 requesting that he collect the machine and provide me with a full refund. I have now received another very curt reply which states "as to you returning this machine to us for a refund, that is not a possibility at all". I will be taking this matter further with the relevant authorities but wish to post this feedback as a warning to anyone who may be tempted to place an order with this company.

I'd be cautious about reading too much into the reviews here for MyEspresso. I called the company and spoke to the proprietor. I explained that I had been let down by Go Coffee and read bad reviews about grey imports, long delivery and dubious warranties from CoffeeItalia. To me the three reviews here would appear to be vexatious and completely over the top. So I placed my order on-line and asked for some advice about cleaning the machine. I received good knowledgeable advice and tips and the machine arrived today. In life some embittered customers cannot be helped even by the most accommodating companies. As a footnote: search for reviews on GoCoffee and CoffeeItalia and you will find real reviews that will chill you to the bone.
