I did the DIY route and was denied for the Portuguese D7 visa because of a criminal record from 27 years ago. While I have not paid for services from Praia club, I have posted questions on their FB page and received quick and reliable answers. If I run into problems down the road, I will hire them. The fact that they respond to questions on their FB page without telling you to contact them directly or pushing their services speaks volumes.
