United Kingdom | 04 September 2023Supposed to be the dogs b of fibre internet , people raving about it so tried it after years of been with bt and no problems , well it started of well then lost all connection so had to get engineer out to set it all up again and then the last 2 weeks have been horrific with no internet most days at peak times but they blame it on outages not their fault 😳 paying good money for a service but not getting the valueless from it , they’d moan if I sent them half the money for the crap service but don’t compensate you for all the hassle you get from the internet been down when your searching for things or the grandkids on games etc

United Kingdom | 31 August 2023To make an appointment was easy. The engineers arrived put the cable & box exactly where I wanted them. Good clean job with no mess. Everyone was friendly & polite and even played with our dog. Came back the next day with the wifi extenders and set these up and made sure everything was connected. Highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 30 August 2023Frequent downtimes for extended periods of time. During one incident, internet was down for nearly 24 hours. Outages are always blamed on some wild serious fault that cannot be true, as the explanations would imply mass outages, when infact no other services in the area are even slightly affected. Clearly, this service is not fit for purpose and it is a gross abuse of customer trust for this provider to charge for a service they cannot provide. If I failed to pay an entire bill, I would loose access to the entire service. Why is this provider entitled to my money when they cannot provide the service?

United Kingdom | 29 August 2023I have been with Internetty nearly 2 years and have never had any connection issues. The broadband provided has always been fast and reliable which is essential when working from home and busy family. My first and last issues experienced where over the last 2 weeks with 2 major outages, this caused me to lose connection with major issues completing the reset. On the first occasion my son and I managed to resolve after updating the Deco's reset worked. This weekend was not so simple the people on the online chat were brilliant talked me though what to do step by step. Nothing worked it was showing as I had internet but the hardware wasnt picking it up, so they put me down for a engineer visit bearing in mind it was BH monday I wasnt expecting same day service. By 4.30pm I had a lovely guy out there was a fault took about an hour but I am up and running. I couldnt thank the guy enough he came in on his day off straight from holidays to get me running. Brilliant

United Kingdom | 29 August 2023Pros and cons with Internetty. The postive about them is the people who work there are enthusiastic and helpful'. They respond very quickly to issues. The down side is the product itself, we lose connectivity regularly. Sometimes just for a few moments, sometimes for a few minutes. Yesterday it was for hours. We actually had better and more consistent coverage with the EE 4g hub we had before, which sounds odd but it's true. Hoping they can sort themselves out. Just one footnote, the hub they supply has lights which flash constantly. Might be an idea to keep it out of sight,

Have also spoken to customer services on a couple of occasions and couldn't of been more helpful and polite. I genuinely hope this high level of standard continues. oh and as a gamer where speed matters this is a game changer

James bent over backwards to accommodate us with what was a very tricky install on a large property, I wanted minimal cables showing and the router in a specific location to cover the house, courtyard and garage/offices. All done exactly as required, and very very neatly finished off. Can not recommend this enough. Not to mention it's less than half the price we were paying BT and over 4 times the download speed.

United Kingdom | 29 June 2023This is the only Internet provider who was prepared to come two miles out of the nearest village to provide us with fibre broad band. We have had some teething issues but their customer service is second to none and they respond immediately to any concerns that we have. I work from home and hold lots of meetings remotely via Microsoft teams or zoom - which has in the past really tested my metal due to poor reception. After years of frustration, I can now confidently hold remote meetings all day, with fabulous reception, clear images and no interruption's - I can hardly believe it. I really hope that this company goes from strength to strength because if customer service was the bench mark for success then they deserve to be right at the top.

I mean everyone too, not just the folk who answer the phone but all the engineers too. The young man who came to connect my wi-fi was extremely patient with all the questions I asked, and I can ask some very stupid ones sometimes!!! I really cannot praise the entire team highly enough! If you are thinking of changing your supplier look no further than InterneTY!What more can I say!

United Kingdom | 11 June 2023The wait for initial install was too long and then delayed on top of that. Staff not brilliant. Speed is OK however drops out regularly as you can see on on speed testing, meaning some programmes and games crash.

They always take what you say into account and works with you to try and fix the issue if you do encounter one. The rare occasion I had an issue it was looked into and resolved. Would definitely recommend.

United Kingdom | 23 March 2023Horrific Wifi provider as I live in a student accommodation, Copperas House, where for some unknown reason this company is the wifi choice. Never helpful and never actually up and running and whenever it is it usually ends up crashing meaning you end up using plenty of your own data. This shouldn’t be happening when you pay this much on an accommodation and therefore I would tell anyone to avoid it and run the other way.
