Iv been living at Copperas House student accommodation this year and the constant Internet problems have made it difficult to study. I'm extremely disappointed as one of the reasons why I chose Copperas House was because it clearly stated that usable WiFi was provided. However after living there I now know that this isn't the case.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2023Absolutely shoddy! The connection at my student accommodation is beyond terrible! I have made several of the “tickets” and NOTHING has been done. After many attempts to reconnect/ speed up the wifi by contacting InternetTY, I have taken this complaint as a last resort to complain. Every time I open a ticket nothing gets resolved. Terrible customer service!

United Kingdom | 03 February 2023Incompetent company to put it simply. 5 months of issues with multiple promises and compromises which have never worked. Promise of resolution last week, hasn't been put in place. Staff are honest they don't understand the issue but no reasonable effort to make changes immediately. The company have one job - to provide wifi - they have been unable to provide and have backtracked on multiple promises, suggesting issues come from here, there and everywhere - other than themselves. Would stay as far away as possible.

More often than any queries are dealt with super quickly, before I even have time to follow up. And as for the speed..... WOW!! 1gb fibre is insane!

The guys who installed it were great, very professional, helpful and spent time talking us through how to use the app etc. The team is always on hand to help with any questions. I have been with many different broadband companies trying to find a good connection and good speed nothing would ever compare to internetty now. Absolutely superb 👌 Thanks 😁

Everything was very quick and painless and exactly as described, no hidden fees, so definitely cheaper than the rest too! If you have any doubts at all, please don’t worry, internetty truly is fabulous!

United Kingdom | 15 January 2023if you're looking for wifi that works consistently, Internetty is not your choice.. We have not had consistent wifi in our student accommodation (Copperas house, Liverpool) for 4 months now. it works in the morning, come to about 2pm, you'll be lucky if you can watch a Netflix show for the rest of the night! We've been in constant dialogue with the customer service team but they have yet to fix it. Yesterday they blamed the issue on a "handset issue" blaming my brand new iPhone 14 which I got last month despite the wifi not working on my old phone, laptop, tv, flatmates phone and laptop. LAUGHABLE! Whatever you do, do not choose Internetty, you will regret it. I'm sure I will get a reply saying they are working tirelessly on fixing this, just a shame they've not found this fix in the 4 MONTHS we've been having issues... Absolutely ridiculous

Fantastic customer service, our connection dropped over a few days and an engineer was out to us within half an hour, and over the Christmas period! This is a company who genuinely cares about its customers and providing them with a quality service. Really happy, and have, and will continue to, recommend them to all.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2022I had internetty installed last week In a small rural village that no other provider was interested in servicing. The installation team are excellent, the customer service is superb and its a breath of fresh air. I am getting 750MBs download to the house when the next best service for me to get would be around 4-8MBs. As with all internet companies you will get mixed reviews but if you compare Internetty to BT/Virgin you will see the difference shine in the reviews.

They have brought fibre to the premises to our village with no upfront costs, unlike Openreach who wanted £371,590 before they’d start installing. Their installation team were excellent with very little disruption while they worked in our village. I was getting 30-40mbps with BT “full fibre” I checked my speed today with InternetTY today it was 843mbps. You can always phone them and talk to someone and they don’t keep you on hold for ages.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2022I have been living in my student accommodation with wifi provided by internetty for 2 months now and still can’t rely on their wifi to do any work in my room and we can’t even connect in the kitchen. Rather than showing any urgency to help they just push you to pay for an upgrade which I have done and it is still preforming to an unusable standard. Their ticketing system gets no response and their phone operators are rude.
