Great instructor. Easy to understand. Got right to the point.

I am currently undertaking my NEBOSH Diploma with British Safety Council, having already successfully completed my NEBOSH General cert with them last year. A review doesn't do justice to how amazing David B is as a tutor!! He honestly makes the course so enjoyable and rewarding. Not only he is super knowledgeable but he is a tremendous mentor. Thanks to the way he teaches, I earned a credit in my ND1 (first module of the diploma) and will be incorporating the skills I am gaining into my employment as a H&S practitioner. Both him and Matthew P are extremely empathetic (considering I get nervous regarding exam pressure) encouraging and very supportive! This is my second review regarding Matt's support as it doesn't go un appreciated :) Overall the Brit safe team (Akhil, Jurgita and Jagruti) are very helpful and responsive in assisting with queries regarding my studies, and booking in courses for other colleagues in my company. Overall British Safety Council are a top training provider in my eyes. Thank you all !

It was easy to understand the concepts and methods. I also enjoyed the questions in between a module to verify if one has understood what has been explained or taught before finishing the module and attempting the module quiz

Detail oriented, well thought and accurate examples of safety situations within the workplace, including measures how to prevent or avoid them.

Well construction of course. Trainer made it ease to follow the course throughout.

Informative course with engaging content

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have taken the IOSH Management Safety course with Jeremy Mitchell as my instructor. His expertise and passion for the subject matter were truly inspiring, and I found myself fully engaged in the learning experience. Thanks to the course's well-structured material, I was able to gain invaluable insights that have helped me both personally and professionally. The online exams were a breeze, and I experienced no technical hiccups. This experience has inspired me to continue learning and growing as a safety professional, and I cannot wait to apply my newfound knowledge to make a difference.

I have completed the Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety recently. I was happy with the service provided, the support I had from Mark and how promptly he replied to my messages or marked my work. I have undertaken previous courses with the British Safety Council, I would recommend this provider.

Applied for a copy of my health and safety certificate for my CSCS card and these clowns hadn't ensured that they were sent a clear copy....so am having to do it again...these lot couldn't run a bath!

The trainer and training environment

Very good and informative course, you learn things you didn't even know. I recommend doing the course if you get the opportunity.

The course was set in a nice hotel with a good lunch offering, and content was delivered very clearly and set us up for completing the tests online. In terms of completing the tests online, there were issues with the online system, and the support team weren't very responsive via email. Both my colleague and i had to open the web pages on different devices for the tests to load (you need to mark as done and it wouldn't work). It took me a couple of days, and him over a week to be able to do the final tests due to the system issues. That's why i haven't marked as 5 stars. Don't leave the test to later, try to log on asap, otherwise you would miss the deadline.

Fabulous course offered flexibility and a pace to suit all

It was a poor course- if I had not come across Health and safety or risk assessments before I would struggle. At the start the course went straight into an interactive task with no explanation. When completing the tests, my internet dropped out (at work ) and the course counted it as an attempt. I hadn't even started the test at that point

It was very comprehensive and professional.
