I purchased replacement lenses for my Oakley Two Face sun glasses. Really good quality lenses that were easy to imstall. I am very happy with the purchase.Shipping time was bit long but that's to be expected because they were shipped to Canada. The only thing I would improve is to charge the import duties upfront so you don't get charged by the delivery service.

After reading other reviews I’ve had similar negative experiences. Had I ordered the correct lens size, I probably would have been a very satisfied customer, but communication with customer service is poor. Each attempt to talk with customer service takes 2 days to get a response.I felt I had allowed plenty of time to get these before an end of month trip, but sadly not going to happen. I’m going to ask for a refund if this last attempt to reach out to customer service does not resolve my issue.

Ordered on 7/20/23. Just got them today on 8-7-23. Terrible ship time. Second time they did this to me. I guess they really don’t care.

I now got hit with the customs charged. Yes it’s in small print but you know in advance you’re shipping international so why not add that in. Totally not worth it anymore for purchases outside of the US itself. I’d return it if I could and not pay that additional charge (close to 30%).

The product is good, but the service is terrible. I ordered four sets of lenses, Revant shipped three with a receipt for four. I paid the FedEx handling fee and the UAE VAT on the four items. When I complained about the missing lenses, Revant shipped the missing items, however I then had to pay the VAT and FedEx handling charges for a second time. If Revant had got the order correct in the first place, I would not have been double charged. For this reason, I will not be using them again.

Extremely happy with my Revant optics lenses that have arrived to suit my Oakley Holbrook XL frames. After reading mixed reviews I was nervous however the communication was great, lenses arrived to Australia in just under 3 weeks and the fit is perfect. I honestly prefer the lenses to look through as well than the prizms I had and so far no scratches which was the reason the Oakleys were replaced. They scratched days after buying them. Would certainly buy again.

My experience was exceptional. I originally order lenses for my Rayban New Wayfarer Model RB2132. Turns out that I had ordered the wrong size so I contacted Revantoptics.com website. The representative, Ashley, responded within 24 hrs and provided me with the correct lenses. The new lenses were easy to install and fit perfectly. I received them with 3 days. This is the best customer service I received in a long, long time. I highly recommend this company if you're in the market for replacement lenses.

I dropped my Oakley Five Squared on vacation and scratched the lens bad. Ordered a set of replacement lenses (elite polarized ice blue) the same day, thinking in a couple weeks the glasses would be back in business. Well to my shock, they got to my house before I got home from vacation, 4 days total I think. They went in the glasses super easy and look great. Very pleased so far!

I see a lot of low reviews and notice many are older - so maybe things have changed - or maybe they were for non Rx lenses. I have to say I had a fantastic experience with them. I had a pair of Rx sunglasses that were my dads and had been sitting on my desk for years after his passing. When I decided I needed some Rx sunglasses I decided for sentimental reasons to use those frames. Sent them in and while in process my eye doc tweaked my Rx. I sent an urgent message asking customer service to see what could be done. They stopped my order and made sure the new Rx was being used. This was after the original Rx was in process. Customer Service always responded within 24-48 hours. Glasses arrived today and seem perfect. Time will tell on durability - but the process of getting them was great!

They ask you to write a review but if not 4 or 5 star they do not post. Lenses are decent yes but the screw driver they send does not fit the screw . Also be prepared for 20-22 days to recive from long shipping time. They send the 15% off after purchase not before.

No way would I recommend this company. Took the money out of my account for the product and shipping is saying a label has been created but hasn’t shipped, been this way for 5 days now and can’t get an email response. Guess I should have read the reviews before ordering because there’s many others just like this.

Hi, So … They never arrived so I asked for a reshipment as they were taking a very long time to arrive and received very good customer service regarding getting a replacement pair reshipped. I was happy with the customer service. I was not happy that my original order never arrived. The reshipment has not arrived yet. So I asked for a refund and was promptly refunded my payment minus the shipping cost. I have now received an order and of something similar to what I ordered, but unfortunately they arrived damaged. I’m very unhappy with the product described and on display online at your store. They were also definitely not mirrored as you can see in the photos it’s clearly see through. I have attached some pictures of the received product to this email for your reference. I hope that you will rectify any further issues for future customers. So I initially said that I didn’t get the shipping cost returned, that was my error for not checking to see that the shipping cost was free. That’s a little beside the point as RAVANT offers products for sale on their website and never delivered on their obligations. If I needed a banking system to hold my money for months and then return it to me I would have used one of the financial associations for doing that in Australia, I wanted lenses that was all.

Review by Anonymous User DO NOT PURCHASE THESE LENSES!! They are poop!! They all delaminate!! I had 2 pairs delaminate, complained and my replacement pair didn’t even fit properly, and also delaminated!! I’ve spoken with many other customers with the same experience… Absolute rubbish!

Brutal shipping and customer service. Ordered on July 4th and arrived today July 26th. A week after I ordered I received an email from “Jason” the founder of the company saying that due to large order volumes and a broken machine my order will be delayed…. When I questioned customer service, Kaylah told me that once the package is with their “trusted courier” DHL everything is out of their hands. I received a tracking number the day after this conversation. If your logistics provider dictates a large portion of your business, get a better one. I ordered these lenses for a trip and they came the day after I left. GARBAGE! Buy Oakley replacements and skip the headache. Looks like this place spent too much on marketing and not enough on operations, client care and logistics!
