United States | 09 July 2022The shipping time to get just a single pair of lenses from Oregon to Arizona is as bad as I have ever seen in this industry. I went to chat and the customer service rep told me this is their busiest time of year, lol. Really? Even busier than the holidays? Really good product but the customer service is horrid, and thats being kind. I will not place another order with this company. The absolute worst customer service. They NEVER answer the phones, take days to respond to emails, and takes a week or more to even get a product shipped. If there was a space for ZERO stars I would have given Zero.

When I had an issue with delivery, their communication and support was great and a solution reached promptly and efficiently. The parcel also arrived very well packaged.

Koi who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and the best customer service experience I have had in months. The lenses are excellent and just as good as what my Ray Bans were like when I first purchased them. I will be back for more! Ray Ban Chromance lenses Thanks Lee

I returned the incorrect lenses after reverifying the frame data and including it with my lens return and received the same incorrect sized lenses. Tom Forde Order # 825245 Thanks .

Had issue getting the old ones out of the stiff Rayban frames and emailed them and they were quick to reply and even offered to pay if I needed to bring them into an optometrist to assist. Once in the frames the lenses seem of high quality and comfort. Great customer service, well priced.

United States | 31 October 2020I ordered the revant optics lenses for my oakleys and after about 11 months both lenses bubbled up and now I can't see through them without major distortions, like looking through water droplets. They are useless now and when I requested the warranty replace them they denied me and said they were out of warranty because I called after 12 months and then they suggested I buy a more expensive pair from them at full price and they told me they were less likely to distort because they were more expensive. That is unacceptable, the pair they sold me should have been functional but they were not after 11 months of normal and careful use. Faulty product and no refund. I'll never recommend them.

United States | 14 October 2020I recently purchased lenses for my Oakley Latch sunglasses from Revantoptics.com. I needed some lighter lenses for the fall/winter months and selected the Flash Bronze Polarized lenses. I easily found the lenses I needed and was able to compare the different tints using the cool filter on the website. The purchasing experience was quick and the lenses arrived within 2 days! I was also emailed a video showing me how to remove my old lenses and install the Revant lenses. The install was easy and the lenses are perfect for winter. Thanks REVANT!

Canada | 09 October 2020Brutal Customer Service.... I was shipped the wrong lenses after reachIng out ( and sending photos) of my glasses to get the right ones. This issue is because I am in Canada they will not pay the return shipping. The company is happy to accept orders from Canada but when there is an issue it appears that they don’t mind burning off a Canadian customer for $10 shipping. I simply did not have the confidence that they would get it right the next time and I would be out another $10 to return the lenses. Still waiting on my refund.

United States | 30 September 2020Went searching for a coupon online for Revant and found one....tried to use it when purchasing lenses for my Ray Ban aviators--NO GO! Told in detail about the problem with Nick@customerservice. Got an answer...."what was the code?""I don't recall having any agreement with ....." There was NO CODE! Bad phillips screwdriver and ill-fitting lenses. I can see daylight in the edge(s) of both lenses...they don't fit & the curve is all wrong. The phillips screwdriver didn't work either. ALL FAILS by Revant. No answer to my email complaint, so I'll use social media reviews to send up a flare so others won't buy Revant Garbage Products.

Mon colis lors de ma commande la plus récente a été perdu par DHL, Matt du service client a fait le nécessaire pour m'envoyer un autre jeu de lentilles. Son aide a été précieuse et ce ne sont pas toutes les entreprises qui auraient réagi de la sorte. Un grand merci à vous!

France | 15 July 2020Fuyez ce site. De la grosse m.....! J’ai commandé des verres pour Oakley. Ce sont les 3ème. Les 2ème c’était directement chez Oakley, 60€, ils étaient identiques aux originaux. Mais cette fois, 65€ avec 30€ en plus de frais de douanes donc presque 100€ pour des verres 2 fois plus fins, au bout de 3 semaines j’ai un côté du verre qui a perdu l’aspect iridium...! Super, une vrai m.....! Pour 40€ de plus j’avais une paire neuve.
