i have worked with many digital Quality Document Systems - creating the models and the framework for companies reporting to both NSW Education and for the TGA. Keeping track of all of this, and ensuring the correct documents (whether for HR, OHS or just for policy and procedure tracking). It's a huge task and is very time consuming, both creating them and then ensuring staff & management do as you ask to keep everything in order. I'm excited that my new role with Instyle Support Services will allow me to utilise your system, software, templates and reporting procedures. Thank you Michelle and the team. Totally love it so far. Training was explicit and non-time wasting Often training is repeated over and over without actually learning how to use the system or software. Michelle was great, we had many things going on in the small office we share but I really got a lot from the training. Total thumbs up.

To date very professional and well organised and knowledgeable team, polite, friendly, helpful. Started with Sam introducing Bright triggering our interest. Followed by Ankit who determined the appropriate aspects of the Bright system suitable to our small business, followed up with very reasonable rates offered thereby capturing our acceptance. Initial on-boarding and overview to the Bright system with the patient and friendly Syifaa made the process easy and informative.
