Quick overview of BrightHR which I really liked, didn’t drag on and get boring, very happy.

I felt the training was a bit rushed, I understand the software is fairly basic, but I felt it was presented under time pressure.

Very clear instructions for what appears to be an extremely useful HR app.

I had a zoom call with Megan to show me through the Bright HR software. She was very personable and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a simple manner. She also used arrows and etc to show me where I should be looking which made the lesson very easy. I probably wont remember everything as it was a lot to take in but she assured me I could contact her at a later date to ask any questions. I have been very impressed with Employsure so far in that they are very organised and prompt and if they have to change anything you are give a lot of notice and many emails and texts. :-)
