Syifaa was great at explaining the software and showing me around. She answered my questions and I'm looking forward to implementing the many documents and policies in my workplace.

Syifaa's overview of the Bright HR platform and associated apps was clear and concise. I'm really looking forward to being able to track absences, generate meaningful reports for management and upload contract documentation, policies and procedures in a single platform.

Syifaa was fantastic at explaining everything. The software was very user friendly and it's very helpful to have so many template documents supplied. I love that it's available in app form too, makes it easy for staff and for doing things off site.

What an awesome program, everyone is very patient even when it is clear technology is not your strong suit. Sasha has been awesome. Still learning everything but 100% confident I can make a call whenever and get shown how to do or immediate advice.

Presenter was most helpful and informative however it looks like the software is not as capable as I was hoping for. It will still be great for putting in documents for employees to digitally sign and access rather than travelling to various sites to engage.

We had a great experience, I didn't write down the young lady's name but she was great and very understanding as we took a bit of time to sort things out at the start, but once going she made it very easy to navigate the system and understand.
