Unfortunately Syifaa was unwell for my onboarding call - I am sure she is great, however, Morgan from Advice took the onboarding session and was great. He knew exactly what I needed to know, and skipped over the things I already knew to save time. He was a great help, and I am very excited to start using the BrightHR service.

Very pleasant communication

Very comprehensive onboarding experience with Bright HR. Michelle was thorough and explained everything clearly and succinctly. Being able to go through the software myself before the session was helpful because we could target the session to the areas that I specifically needed more assistance in. The software is easy to navigate and intuitive, while the guiding prompts are helpful without being intrusive.
