The person guiding me through the platform has a good communication skill. She explains all function within the platform well, she doesn't speak too fast or too slow, and she does not have a difficult accent to understand, which makes a great learning experience.

Drew Hopper at Bright HR was excellent. He attentively listened to my needs for the session, provided thorough explanations, and followed up with an email containing all relevant information. Despite having only 45 minutes, Drew Hopper service was exceptional, addressing all my queries comprehensively. I left the session with a wealth of information. Drew significantly enhanced my understanding of HR processes, offering simple yet effective information that expedited my learning. Daniel was great in delivering the software training over Zoom and in taking us through the relevant steps required for us in order to use the system BrightHR to the best of our ability. He was thorough and very knowledgeable - great customer service.
