This is honestly a scamming sales pitch, be warned of the group of companies under the same trust. They talk you in, promise you a holding price but then charge you $270 for a exit fee, for "setting you up" in their system. Nothing was downloaded from my end, no links were emailed, no log in details were created, what was it i was billed $270 for? Be warned this is just for them to make money with no initial help to their customers. If they begin to show you what they are giving you, ask "Am I being charged for this?". I hope you sleep better at night in your suits you dirty seagulls! At least with my call out fees, the customer gets some work done!

Melody was great. Gave me instruction in easy to follow steps and we competed several tasks within Bright HR, all successfully and with very few repeats. It made my job very easy. Thank you Melody.

Kevin's dissemination of information was comprehensive without being overwhelming. He knew his stuff and pitched it well to me and Carly. Yes we'll need some help along the way but i feel we're off to a very good start. Many thanks Kevin.

Very let down by the experience of onboarding. I kept on requesting for a later meeting and they don't provide any!! Also, had to wait for two weeks for initial call that I could not make due to time restrictions and next call again same problem. They don't make any exceptions for onboarding. If you are not available before 4pm its your problem not theirs....very interesting experience for someone I need to pay on ongoing basis.

Brighthr is really a BRIGHT HR tool for small business like ours and Goody made it simpler and easy to follow with his explanations, I'm delighted to show it with our staff.
