So far things are running great .My only concern is I haven't received my jug of cleaning solution yet.

I purchased replacement filters. But the packaging was not appropriately done. All filter casings without an exception were damaged! Please wrap/cushion these filters in the future. Thank you.

Really enjoy my Lakeair purifiers. Recently bought more carbon filters and the service was excellent. Reached out to see when they would ship so I could be prepared and response was immediate. Great company and products.

Delivered 17 days later. Inquiries to online chat are answered by someone one the road EVERYTIME. No email replies where shipment was. Asked for faster shipping due to their “dropping of the ball” but was told we can’t do that but we can give you another filter to try to make amends. Hollow. Never done. The excuse machine followed with ridiculous reasons why this wasn’t processed.

I have not received my order. issue was explained and understood. I was personally phoned by the company and was explained the extenuating circumstances. Much appreciated.

I waited for 11 days after my $2400 purchase and received not one follow up email, text, or call regarding delivery, or my unit. I called Lake Air and spoke with the owner Randy, after 11 days, and all he said was calm down. No apology, nothing.

Purchased a smoke eater from Elegant Bar online and got a personal phone call from the Vendor, LakeAir, who supplied it asking specific questions about my situation. Randy, from LakeAir, made some recommendations and changes to fit my needs for no additional charge except for electrical items that made the installation perfect. The unit I received might be a little much for my use but it works great. No complaints except that when it's turned to high it is very loud. There was a defective part that was replaced immediately by LakeAir. All is well for poker and cigars in my barn

Tried to revise order. It charged $42 for shipping. Unable to revise or cancel. I now paid $100 for one filter. Talked to Randy and all has been corrected and I’m good to go Thank you Randy

The manual is unclear as to which carbon filter is used in my model. I received one that was quite different from the original. Nonetheless, responses to my inquiries were prompt, and satisfied my issues in short order.

LakeAir was able to find the product I needed and shipped to me in a good time.
