Frankly I've been overcharged on some websites and come to find out there is no customer service representative phone number to call. I searched and found no contact information except an email for customer service. This is totally not the way I want to be serviced and will not be referring anyone to this websites

I was charged for the purchased but have not heard anything from the company about the order. I asked about the shipment and haven't heard back.

Shipping label printed on 12/11. Package never left warehouse. Mystery credit on my credit card for $25.10. Zero explanation as to why I received the credit. Not a happy customer. Poor customer service.

I received 2 shampoos instead of a shampoo and conditioner

Ordered shampoo and conditioner two weeks ago and have not received an email or the package. Tried calling and the customer service person’s voicemail is full so unable to leave a message

Ordering was easy, except I almost missed out on the 20% discount! Glad I was paying attention. This was a gift for my daughter, specifically requested by her so I know she did her homework researching the product.

First time on site. Said her 20% off of you sign up for txts and email. I did. Then get my order ready enter code.. guess what. This product doesn’t qualify for the 20%. Go figure. Now they have my info to market me til death without giving me anything-wrong. The 20% should be on planet beauty. They got the info not on the product purchased. Just wrong. If you want to make it right remove me from your marketing

The review came before I was notified that the product was shipped. Ordered on 12/8/2024. As of today 12/14/2024 I have received no notice of shipping. I emailed to ask for a status. A review includes the product and service of shipping. So far can't judge either.
