The driver arrived almost immediately after my call and was so friendly. He was an excellent driver and knew the best and easiest route to go to my address. He was also an excellent conversationalist.

Needed to travel on a rainy day with a friend in a transport wheelchair to a medical appointment in midtown. Cars were available both ways. Drivers were friendly and helpful and on time. They were able to help make entry and exit into the car as safely as possible and they were patient while doing so. It's not inexpensive, but the company is reliable and staff and drivers are largely helpful and pleasant.
