The drivers are mostly nice and polite. But some have food or perfumes in the cars, or just are in the cars so long that they are stuffy and shave an unpleasant mell. In that way the quality has dropped. This is true even if the “luxury” cars, tho they are more often better than the regular ones. It is also very irritating when they 1) say they are on location but are not, 2) are on the phone the whole ride, 3) call to say they are there when I’ve gotten multiple emails and texts saying the same thing, 4) when a “luxury” driver sees one is having trouble getting into a high car and doesn’t try to help. Ok service, but used to be better.

As always, driver was a little early, pleasant, and efficient. The best way to La Guardia!

Got a call 10 minutes before I had to get picked up (at 5 am!) as I asked for, came early, moved my suitcase into the car for me which was a huge help. Nice car, clean.

Dial 7 committed to the correct vehicle at 8:30 PM for an 11:00 pickup, but then wasn't ready with any vehicle (let alone the one we wanted) at ten-to-11:00. Pickup finally, was with an Uber-driver who was too small a woman to manage the wheelchair by herself and her wheelchair hooking up itself took a long questionable time. Upon arriving at the destination (only five minutes away), the driver needed considerable help again to get the passenger-in-wheelchair out of the vehicle. She did try her best. Her best was not up to par, that's all. And Dial 7's handling of vehicle assignment caused unnecessary stress... all happening from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

When you call Dial 7 to schedule a pick up you actually talk to a live person who was so nice and helpful. My driver was on time, courteous, helped me with my bags. Very nice and clean vehicle.

What make my experience great with Dial 7 Is the excellent work performed by the dispatchers and the drivers. The Dial 7 staff is very courteous and very professional. To me they are the best Car Service in the Tri-State Area.
