My experience with Carplus was generally positive. The staff, like Zubair Ahmad and Haydn, were professional and guided me through the process with care, which was helpful for someone who's not tech-savvy. Ibrahim was patient and supportive during my decision-making, and though I didn't buy a car this time, Muhammad offered excellent service. The process was simple, and Maria was very informative. Overall, a decent experience, but some areas could use enhancement.

Worst decision! I am not normally the person to write a bad review but I am so disappointed to the level of service I have received. I purchased a car on finance and reported faults from the very beginning to which I was advised to go back to my dealership. So I did the dealership had confirmed they had fixed the faults, but if the problems arise go to my local garage and they would be able to fix any repairs as I was under warranty. I did as I was informed as just a few days later the same noises and lights arose. When the garage stripped the car they informed me that there was over 4k worth of repairs! (the car is worth 5k) the dealership are now refusing to pay for the repairs and Car plus have requested and inspection company to review this (ACE car inspections) who have awful reviews on Trust Pilot. This was requested 4 weeks ago. I have chased Car plus to push this but they advised me to chase? Which I now have and ACE still cannot tell me when the this will be inspected. So now I have paid 2 installments since i reported these issues and STILL no further! I am getting pulled from pillar to post and now there not taking my calls or responding to my emails. Absolutely shocking!

After speaking with 3 other organisations offering similar services for a period of about 2 months, I came across Carplus online and decided to give them a try; I had zero expectations. I received a call back the next day and everything was sorted out on phone within an hour. The morning after, I was informed that the transaction had been successful.

This wasn’t my ideal situation to come to an alternative refinance lender, but Carplus were so immediately helpful and understood my situation, and were so willing to help me pay off my settlement figure and allow me to keep my car - all within the same day.
