My reply I found my purpose to use them late. When my subscription ended, I lost those words, all of them. I just feel ripped off right or wrong.

I subscribed when a certain service (Botsonic) was available, and just because of that. Then it was separated and became a separate online service. They refused to give me access to the "new" service (Botsonic) and to refund me. Unethical and unfair.
