The delivery was slow as expected I suppose on a 48 hour service but I did have to pay for this service despite spending over £30. The even lope was also very poorly packed, in a cheap padded envelope which ripped apart when I opened it and resulted in bits of dust and cardboard all over my kitchen floor. I was also surprised to find non compliant stock in the envelope as I assumed all stock for sale in the UK is now safe and compliant. I appreciate the images may be of non compliant stock but to receive the actual stock I am sure is a very poor service level if legal at all. I will not be purchasing from this site again and I would strongly recommend you consider the same.

The juice come very quick next day but the juice I wasn't sure if it was steeped buy heard many good things about it but it didn't live to the standards as what people rate it but excellent service

We had a problem with delivery but not down to this company ! The responses back where brilliant and communication was outstanding which you don't get from other companies ! Top company to deal with and certainly will be returning 👍👍👍👍

Didn't send the most expensive product of my order, never replied to emails asking for resolution wouldn't bother ordering again, disappointing service EDIT - You can see below that someone claims to have contacted me and resolved the issue. They claimed to send me a voucher I could use for my next purchase. This never came EDIT - Account has now been credited with voucher. I have change the rating to three star due to the resolution.

Delivery time was great. But I was short delivered one bottle of Puff Dragon buff. I tried reporting this online but every time it failed to go through.

Once I recieved my order I discovered 30 ml of Double Drip - Strawberry Banana Waffle was missing. I emailed support and initially was told that they had run out of stock and that they would send out another order of the missing liquids that day. That was on the 6th July, I still have not recieved my liquids (14th July), I have email support constantly with no repsonse. The customer support from this company is shocking! will not be using them again. They have in effect stolen my money as I have paid for goods and still not recieved them with no resolution in sight!

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour RDA (ordered TM24 black and gold, but it came as the chrome variant) v. disappointing... but they did offer to swap it with a prepaid returns slip or make up for it with £10 credit on my account and refund the difference in price. I chose to keep the wrong colour and effectively paid £10 less for the RDA as I can now use the credit they offered me on supplies.

Excellent choice of juice, Mods, tanks and accessories, and I have just experienced there customer service, which is outstanding! Fast delivery of all products! Great website

Product is fine but colour of liquid is almost orange & a little off putting. I've been vaping with this brand & flavour of ejuice for over a year & it's always been clear in colour. My usual vape shop is out of stock currently, hence my online purchase with yourselves.

Website was a bit slugish for my experience, but contained the juice I was after so it was manageable.

There was an issue with the ordering online whereby it cancelled my order however I had paid for it and had not cancelled it myself. Luckily I realized this due to the items not arriving and when I contacted the team they were excellent and sent it out almost immediately after realizing the online ordering had and issue. They also refunded my postage because of this. Product is excellent and good price.

Ordering, paying and delivery was very straightforward and hassle free. Indexing on the website could be better, however, I can imagine that with the vastness of the vaping industry and constant change, this must be a very time consuming process.
