I just got my delivery and I discovery it is the wrong order. It is the order from another customer that probably got mine and will be disappointed like me. Probably 1st and last time I 'll order from them.

I ordered stuff on the Wednesday by pm, so should of received it Friday at the latest. As I paid extra for 24 hour delivery. It is not the following Monday and I've still yet to receive my goods. They have said they will refund the postage, and give me a £10 credit note. But nothing has happened yet. Hopefully this isn't £30 down the drain! :/ *update* They have re-sent my order and should be with me tomorrow, and they have given me £10 credit to my account. Royal Mail were to blame for this.

Ordered 15 bottles, 10 were ok but 1 had no flavour and 4 had the seals broken. So was disappointed that this hasn't been picked up prior to dispatch. However, they were quick to respond and rectify by sending 5 replacement bottles.

Had a small problem but was approached with quick and excellent customer service. Products perfect.

Adding to the previous review, by Sam Davies, received a personal call from owner of the company, and gave his dearest apologies due to accounting error in stock of the liquid, brilliant customer service and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction, will shop again

I did not receive what i had ordered as one of my liquids was on backorder and i was not notified until i actually received the package. Otherwise something else would have been chosen, and i have not had any confirmation on if my 10ml lemon sherbert from double drip coil sauce would actually be sent and when. Poor service.

The product is awesome. I love the flavor of the holy ghost by sweet jesus juice so much. The shipping to germany was very very fast...

I bought the Hammer of God from the website and I received the day after the order and I was almost shocked about how fast it was. But open the box I recognize that I received the Hammer of God ruined on the bottom, whitout the paint, ruined on the front with some dot, inside I recognize 4 screws missing. The box also if the Hammer of God was whitout the paper from vaperz cloud, looks like the box is a fake. Unfortunately I can't give it back because I'm leaving for holiday but I wish I never spent 180 pounds on this website.

Delivery was fast but the juice is flavourless , it was meant to be a blue raspberry lemonade but none of the flavours where there , very dissapointed with it . I will give it one more shot and make up my mind from there , but so far not brilliant unfortunately .

Really amazing customer service. My delivery was returned by Royal Mail through no fault of the seller (it was a cross between my fault and Royal Mail) and it took a while to get back to them. Once it did arrive back, they added free juice to my order to appolgise. Amazing! I am so happy with these guys and could not recommend them enough.
