I normally order from e liquids but unfortunately I've had a horrible experience when I ordered my bottle of juice, it arrived smashed the delivery driver said that he couldnt even carry it as it was dripping and also didnt want it on his skin, he said that he will return it, which I have looked at the tracking and it has arrived to you warehouse. During this time I emailed number of times and received nothing back my parcel was returned to you on the 30th Jan 2017 and I would expect an email explaining what you as a company would do. I would really like for someone to get back to me as this is extremely poor service and and email asap would be very appreciated. As you can't take someone's money and not expect to your igore this matter. I would like to say this matter was solved immediately unfortunately there emails were down and as soon as they got my message from here I had the quickest response, my order was sorted in no time- not only that I had constant contact and my delivery was sent as promised with a treat inside to apologise for what happened. The customer service I had from Anthony was a pleasure and I am now a happy customer!
