Very Helpful advising on parts required to service rotavator

Support was very helpful and responsive. I had an issue where the engine was not wanting to initially fire after assembly. It ended up being a flooded engine do to the jostling around in shipping and unloading. Support was very knowledgeable and also answered some technical questions I had about the engine and mower.

I had a technical problem with my Wessex STC180 flail-collector and contacted the service department by email. The response was prompt and helpful as was the response to a follow up email which resolved the problem. Excellent!

Great piece of kit. Well built and tough enough for years of hardwork. Delivery was delayed but once we got it we are very pleased.

Having bought one of these machines two years ago which was used to unwrap 2 bales per day, I have had numerous problems and spoke to Clark and Pulman (who the machine was bought through) to express my concerns with the machine who came out and agreed that the machine wasn’t fit for purpose and contacted Wessex on my behalf to find out they are not interested and will not do anything to fix their broken product!!!! Disappointed is an understatement! I will never be buying from Wessex again!
