Ordered 1 packet of incontinence pads and they tried to charge me £22 because of my location .igot them elsewhere for standard postage. I have also had transit chair and other heavy items sent at standard rate .i will not deal with them again nor will I recommend them.

I have always found them helpful and courteous and delivery is always as advised- add to this that their prices are very competitive compared to some other mobilty sites and you have a first class company

Purchased the Obus Highback support cushion and the Jay Combi P Soft cushion. Online ordering straight forward. Very pleased with both products - were delivered direct from manufacturer and arrived within a week. Staff very friendly and helpful when I called for a delivery estimate.

Three times I have ordered and three times I have been shafted. Either items weren't in the delivery or it would take forever. The last time I ordered was when I needed a new cushion when I was in hospital. I spent £434 on a cushion. I was in hospital so I ordered it to my mum's house... never came! By the time I was discharged it was too late. Active Mobility actively screwing over the disabled! NEVER AGAIN!

An excellent site;0). Easy to use and not only to find what you want but see iitrms that can make life a bit easier. The shoes are great with a solid sole for outside and stretchy material for comfort. They actual looked likee shoes. I will be using the site on a regular basis. Especially because i know the deliver is fast for the thugs I need.

Description read: "A cotton flannel strap with plastic handles that is used to reach awkward places e.g back and legs. It has coarse foam on one side to use as a skin toner." It is a cotton flannel strap but that's about as far as the description is accurate! The handles are material, not plastic (not that I would have considered that to be a minus, handles are not really that important). BUT the foam is very smooth, not at all coarse and therefore not much use as a skin toner, which is very important to me. I decided to keep the product - it's better than nothing for washing my back - but very disappointed, not at all the standard I expected from previous purchases.
