the product i bought was a ladies peewee bottle, i saw one of these whilst on holiday in japan just recently and thought what a fantastic product saw when i we got back i asked my husband to look for one and glad i did.

This product is great, I gave it to my Grandad and he loves it because he can have a cup of tea now without worrying whether the cup is too hot.

Grab rails arrived very, very quickly - but the company who put them in the box patterson medical only sent 4 /5 items - despite dispatch note saying 5 items ! phone call to jobsworth woman who was very offhand told me to ring active mobility as though it was their fault or mine. Sorted out very quickly by Active Mobility who kept me informed and apologised for other companys attitude !

From start to finish the whole process was a pleasure, good prices combined with excellent delivery ensure I will be using them again.

Goods very late in delivery car mirrors...were round in shape but needing to be stuck to oval mirrors.Consequently did not fit satisfactorily. I was not made aware of any any mirror-shape problems when ordering. Mirrors fell off all the time in hot weather. Not a good experience in home buying.

The hand rail was delightful but the packaging was terrible not easy to open at all because iv'e only got the use in my left hand so if you could make your packaging a lot easier to open PLEASE thank you.

When I found this company on the internet I was doubtful about there fast post claim, how wrong could I have been my crutches arrived in 24 hrs and they were exactly what I wanted having had Nhs ones for many years the new ones are a delight to use I have seen an improvement in my shoulders and arms already and i've only had them for a little while. I would recommend them & the company to anyone.

Arrived very quickly, packaged well and fully assembled. A very sturdy and stable walker with extremley easy manoeuvrability. My hundred year old mother who is extremley disabled and also suffers with dementia was able to use it with no problems. An excellent product.
