I was very frustrated with the web site continuing to push additional sale items. I am too busy and too old to keep having to ensure I am not making a mistake and declining stuff when I simply know what I want. Otherwise it’s been a great 10 or 15 years.

Your product is great. I've been using it for several years. Your customer service staff tries to be helpful. Your website has had problems. I recently had to make a change in my payment method, but I could not access my account. I was sent two different links to access my account. The first would only allow me to change my password. The second worked, but only after working through several screens. Your IT staff needs a kick in the behind.

The Nerve Renew really has not helped me very much I still have lots of pain & burning i my hands & feet , maybe I have waited to long for it to work for me. I have bottles that I will keep taking. However I will order when I need more. Selma,

You’re ordering is confusing as you have a lot of steps as I thought I’d ordered earlier to find out I hadn’t then you wanted to charge the full amount! I went through the process again later to find out I needed to go through more hurdles and bingo it went through! Very easy to navigate the order site. The explanation is rather long about NerveRenew, so I skipped parts of it. Not sure if that’s the thing to do, but maybe explanation of product could be shortened.

all was well untill i saw an extra $7.00 charge for what i do not understand, was it just for using my chase card? i wish you had put that up front and i would not have ordered your product.

I like your product; however, once I have ordered I do not want to be notified that I can get it cheaper if I purchase more. That is why I gave you a 4 instead of a 5.

Difficult finding the Prager Benefit and when I did, I kept disappearing and once I paid for my order, I’m suddenly signing up for a monthly order @ $6.95 for a monthly delivery which wasn’t clear it it was to be for $6.95 or more, or what the heck; so I went no further. I’m on a limited income and with another “subsciptio mulling monthly money out of my account has come to the end and if I need more, I’ll simply order it if it’s not too expensive that is.

I’ve been taking nerve renew for just over a month and started taking the nerve optimizer product about a week ago. It does seem to be helping. I have a repetitive stress injury in my arms and my med nerve sheath was damaged. Plan to continue to take the product for at least another one to two months to see if the benefits build.

I didn't appreciate the efforts to get me to order more. I appreciated your telling me my points were about to run out.
