I have used their products before and yes they work however now that I am much older the price is rather more than I can comfortably afford. I feel that the website could be more intuitive especially with regards to payment after placing one’s order

Very easy and convenient

Did not have any problems with the ordering process. Why is it necessary to ask about my experience. If I had a bad experience I would have sent a complaint to the appropriate dept. Wasting my time to explain a satisfying experience is a total waste.

So difficult to just order one bottle without other offers being presented. Couldn't use my points with the 25% discount so my points disappeared.

This product really works on my facial nerves!

CAN'T USE MY "REWARDS" POINTS BECAUSE I USED AN OFFER WITH A DIFFERENT CODE. THAT'S BS. REWARDS PROGRAMS DON'T WORK LIKE THAT.

When I restarted my order because it was for more than I had intended I found it added to my previous order! It took me some time to remove it but I finally made it. Why do you not have a "delete" facility for each item? On the plus side I really do think I am starting to find my neuropathy improving but it has been a slow business.

I love everything so far. The only improvement I'd like to see is an update to the website. There's no way to cancel a subscription without calling. It's a bit annoying but doesn't take away from how wonderful the products are.

Ordering process was simple and easy. A tad on the expensive side getting started, but I’m starting to see some good results. My nights are pain free so I am able to get a good nights sleep. During the daytime hours though I’ve still got issues such as shooting pain, constant movement. Hoping for relief.
