The story of the 2 negative reviews were all over Facebook and the customer was clearly in cloud 9. I have been shopping with FoggHaus since the beginning and can not say a word bad about them. I have had my products delivered the next day even when i've ordered at 6:30pm sometimes, I have had random upgrades from the owner along with a bottle of juice thrown in here or there, tell me what's not to like?

Sends wrong items instead of what I ordered. Dispatch time was slow. Juices are awful, binned most of the order. Would not order again. Plenty of other places are miles ahead of these.

Tried to be pushy instead of putting through my order. Now refusing to give me money back. Would not recommend.

The customer service from the team is next level and prices are some of the cheapest around and the flavour from the juices is on point some great deals also could spend a fortune here
