Happy with the service But make you have a black box Which isn't a problem but gives you a very low score if you drive more than 2 hours. Can i just remind you that i have insured A taxi i can't make money if i only drive 2 hours. Apart from this service is very good

Don't touch them with a bargepole. I was taken in by some good reviews and bought Breakdown Cover from them. And yes, you've guessed it, they didn't deliver. The first time my car wouldn't start in the middle of last winter - assistance from CoverMy = zero; more recently, it wouldn't start as I hadn't driven it for a couple of weeks, looking after a seriously ill friend. Now, both of these should have been covered, but instead I was given the bum's rush by some smarmy 'yes, we have none', on both occasions. Tried to run this by their relevant CEO, but strangely enough, there's no email for that on ceoemail.com or anywhere else by the looks of it, what a surprise. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of breakdown cover providers who won't drive you into a breakdown -) NB: my review is indeed for Cover My Breakdown, not some other business, as you can see from my policy renewal email dated 22.5.2023: "Dear Dr Angelika Klusmeyer, Thanks for choosing Cover My for your breakdown cover. You can now view and download your policy details and documents."
