Good customer service But my insurance had gone up by £380 They did work it out but still got a increase of £300

The device you sent is quite large and requires attachment to the front windshield of the vehicle. However, this obstructs the driver's view significantly. Additionally, the visibility of such a large device from outside could potentially attract thieves to target my vehicle. Furthermore, I suggest providing customers with more detailed information regarding the size and placement of the device. This could help prevent issues like the one I am currently facing. I had to pay cancellation fee for the reason above!

Great service and friendly

The customer service was amazing, and felt that the prices given were good.

I told them I have 1 fault claim but I was unsure when, I told the operator September 2022, I also said multiple times I am not sure that’s the date. He told me as long as you only have 1 it don’t matter if the date is wrong. Paid deposit and began policy (14 days time) next day I get an email from them telling me I lied and I have a second claim from July 2022, I said NO it’s the same claim but I was unsure of the date, they demanded £500 extra payment of they will cancel my policy and I will have to declare that on future policies. I cancelled, they kept over £100 for themselves for a policy less than 18 hours old, I contacted Accelerant who offered me the insurance and they said these guys CREATED a second fault claim on my name, it has since been deleted, no full refund and it is being investigated but I know the outcome with companies like these and I have started legal proceedings that they should receive shortly. DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
