When we buy insurance from this company, they don't give full information to the customers especially about payments and cancellation. As they are brokers they don't have any strong connection with the insurance companies, if any mistake happens in documents insurance companies doesn't reply their messages and end of the end loss is of the customers. It's IT department is extremely irresponsible sometimes adds such faults in your account those you have never done. And to make it correct it takes ages.
