I've tied for two days to take insurance for my taxi, on the comparison sites, I started with the lowest when I phoned to take the insurance there prices was a lot more than advertised, this happened six times, I decided to phone cover my cab as I have had insurance before, the price was what I was expecting, if they can stay competitive I will stay with them again, nice lad on the phone too

Used cover my breakdown. They use a thirdparty company “Emergency Assist LTD”. First time I needed to use them and they left me stranded. Told me despite having been covered for miss fuel that due to me selecting a £30 excess then I was not covered. Asked for a manager to call that never came as they were too busy. Had to pay for taxi home to then call again and find out I am covered for miss fuel but have to pay then claim back. Tried to claim back the expense and I have had no reply from my email. Complained to Covermy.com and they have just referred me back to Emergency Assist and have not taken any responsibility to get to the bottom of this. Still waiting for a refund over 2 weeks at time of writing and no response at all from emergency assist. Take your money elsewhere. Awful service from Covermy and Emergency Assist.

Sorted insurance very quickly

Being with them for three years never used them until recently break down on motorway. I have Nationwide recovery with some extras, when call to get car recovered to my garage they told me its 62 miles away they can only take it max 25 if not I have to 650 pounds. They are scammers and thief and liars.beware.

The staff were very friendly

A fast reliable experience that was very quick and easy . It was expensive but it was worth the trouble.
