I ordered a riding hat for my daughter over the weekend, I was told the ordered would be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. On the day I had an email and text to say the hat would arrive between 10.25 and 11.25 and it was delivered at 11.05. The communication was great and everything promised was delivered.
