Myself and my daughter had a fantastic afternoon at Redpost today.(6/4/2023) Coming away with a new riding hat and many different outfits. The choice is amazing. The young lady helping me choose a new hat and to make sure it fits well, she couldn't be more helpful and so kind. The knowledge was outstanding. We then found another member of staff to help with clothing she spent so much time with us. So friendly,happy and funny. After spending over 3 hours there we had to go into the cafe and have refreshments. Which is a must. Fantastic coffee and cake. X Thank you

I placed an order on 7/3 which was supposed to be delivered in 9 days. When it hasn’t arrived on 21/3 I chased my order. On 23/3 I got an email to say my item was out of stock. I got a refund back. I appreciate these things happen but I would expect stock control and fulfilment to be more proactively managed. If I hadn’t chased the order perhaps I’d still be waiting. Other than this the people who handled my enquiry and settled the refund were very helpful and responsive which I appreciated. Thank you Redpost for your kind response below. Great to know you are working the issues and it will not prevent me from being confident to shop with you again.
