They just added articles to my text and Journal reviewers complained about language of my text

Really disappointed. The reviewed mansucript was slightly modified (just capital Letters changes but no grammar corrections). After sending the manuscript to a pathology journal they refuse to publicate my papper because from te reviewers point of view because grammar was bad.

I have been a client for many years now. I am particularly pleased with work I have been receiving for the last two years or so, work performed by Carla which is of very high standard for mine and my clients likings. What could be improved for company performance: any fee increases should in my opinion be send to the client particularly who is regular so no surpirises appear when transfering money and suddently there is not enough funds for the job. Also I had one unpleasant incident when I asked for my preferred Proofreader and was provided with Proofreading from soemone else, without informing me, so I received work which was of considerably lesser quality that I expect. That was weak but I think we discussed it already. I like the fast responses I usually receive, changes to Proofreading Certificate as to author or journal info are always promptly organised with no drama. Thats a big value to me because authors sometimes want to suddenly send it somewhere else so its good to have that flexibility of eg. erasing journal title altogether and you guys do it fast. Well done keep up the good work, my clients achieve research/academic points -I'm happy. Some rate discounts for clients of 10 years would be nice ..naturally. :)

I have used the proofread service many time but he last two times were commented on language. I then send email for asking about but the answer was "we did the good job" Ok the reasons you did say was not a response. I then send to other and stop recommend to my colleagues.
