I am not happy with the quality. Compared to the previous years, in the last year the quality has dropped considerably. Every time the proofread texts contain typos and grammar errors and I am already considering alternative proofreading companies. I never got any attention or excuse concerning this fact.

The response time is great! usually no longer that 4-5 days, which is remarkable. However, several times the manuscript has very few English editions and even we request a certificate of revision (which you always provide under request, but it should be automatically) to include in our cover eletter when we submit the manuscript, always the reviewers mention that English must improve and is poor. I think English editors must edit the manuscripts quite rigorously to avoid such comments from international reviewers in international journals. This is always the comment we receive in R1 review, we paid again the review and improve but still English details. I never understand why we must pay two reviews to solve all problems of English edition. I know is difficult, but is disappointing the small number of editions in long manuscripts. I am not talking about to single case, but a recurrent problem.
