I have used the adaptions provided by Des Gosling for years on every Motability car I have leased. The service and the products have always been excellent.

I contacted Design Gosling as I needed a swivel seat fitted in my car,Bill replied and said a demonstration would be best and he could bring a car to my home to do this free of charge.After the demo I ordered a seat.A week later my car was picked the seat was fitted and returned the next day.Excellent service would recommend to anyone.

Amazing professional and friendly service Cannot recommend enough. Following confusion on what would be the best adaptations they came out to my home and taught us how to use the wheelchair hoist and also went through the type of adaptations that would be best suited to my needs. I was then given the details I needed to contact motability for a driving assessment to confirm. Following this the adaptations were fitted promptly. I now have my freedom back.

This is my second time using Des Gosling Mobility and both times I have been a 100% satisfied with the service I received. I spoke to customer service on a couple of occasions to confirm my options and I couldn't fault them. The lady was very polite and professional. She was ensuing I understood anything and gave me several options to ask any questions. She wasn't just on a rush doing this call as a standard procedure like some companies do, it sounded like she took care in her work. Ford mainly dealt with Des Gosling for me so I didn't have much contact as I said. When i collected the car the work was done perfectly just as it had been the last time. The workmanship completed to a very high standard and relevant information left if further details were required. After 2 great experiences with this company I wouldn't allow any other company to make adaptions to any future cars we buy as I know i can rely on Des Gosling to complete a fantastic job.

As a disabled driver with lower limb paralysis I need extensive adaptations to any car I drive. I need push pull hand brake and accelerator. Flip up accelerator pedal. Hand brake assist and steering knob. And a 100kg Hoist to lift my mobility scooter or wheelchair into the rear of the vehicle. All these adaptations were fitted by des Gosling mobility. All the adaptations work correctly. And are well made. I requested to to be present before they started the fitting of the adaptations to the car so I could set the steering column height. Which I did. The fitter arrived on time and completed the fitting quiet quickly. And they do the fitting on site where I brought the car from. I'm very grateful that this type of service is available to the disabled as it gives me my independence which is very important to me. So just like to say thank you to all involved and I highly recommend des Gosling motability. I will be using them again in the future.

I have used Des Gosling for over ten years and have always found them excellent. They have fitted hoists, hand controls and a docking station to my vehicles. These have all been done professionally and to a very high standard. They have always taken into account my specific needs and bent over backwards to achieve the best possible outcome for me. Everyone who I have either met or spoken to on the telephone have been polite, patient and professional but also friendly and approachable so I always felt that I could ask them anything. Nothing was ever to small for them to advise on. I have on numerous occasions recommended them and will continue to do so. Five stars isn’t enough, they are wonderful.
