Great to start and great in the end but took way too long with not much communication unless asked.

Despite Gosking has done adaptations to my motability car for the past 9 years and they have always been of high quality

they were very helpful even when a part was missing they followed it up and got it to me asap.

Very good communication and service

Very impressive tailoring of the equipment to suit the much less impressive hands paid dividends. It was appalling weather, but we were well cared for and the complexity of getting a comfortable fit was attended to with great diligence. I greatly appreciate the comfort in use which the attention to detail during fitting has achieved. Many thanks . I would have no hesitation in recommending Des Gosling Moblity.

The mobility adaptions are exactly what I asked for and where fitted with consideration for my individual needs.

I called on a monday morning and by Thursday my hand controls were fitted to my new car.

Very good indeed however i do have a problem with the position of the hoist and chair, when unloaded. It faces towards the near side because of the way the chair has to be loaded. it can not be turned towards the drivers side even when it is in mid air. this unfortunately means that i can't go anywhere in the car without my wife to load the chair because i have no way of getting around the chair and car.
