Delivered within 5 days at a price that was better than most others offered. There were slightly lower prices out there, but those with the lower prices had reviews indicating issues with delivery. The only minor area for improvement would be better info on despatch dates. Product I ordered was in stock and had a reported delivery time of 3-5days. I heard nothing until a notification of the delivery the day before arrival. Sending an estimated despatch date within 24hrs of placing the order would have been good. However, this is a minor quibble as product did arrive in the promised 5 days and therefore does not merit reducing the rating.

I don't normally post reviews about shops etc. I brought a showerhead from Westside at the start of the year. It had been working great and then for some reason stopped working correctly. Aqualisa were unhelpful about the issue about getting it replaced under warranty. Spoke to Westside about the issue, and they were great and sent a replacement out straightaway. Can't fault their customer service in sorting my issue out there and then for me. Thanks

Personally contacted by phone to tell me the hooks had been delayed but would be sent out on the 24 hour service. They arrived promptly as stated. Excellent hooks. The self adhesive element is extremely strong. They feel like they have been screwed in place.

Excellent service, and when there was an issue that wasn't the fault of Westside due to a product change they sorted it out and supplied the alternative parts quickly.

Amazing service, I wasn’t able to find an item On any website due to shortage but Westside assured Me they had it in stock as I had been told by other companies that it was in stock but had to wait and eventually cancel. They also forgot to send one part with my fixture but I had to call once without a follow up And my part was sent over the very next day. Highly recommend buying from them. Very professional and superb customer service.

The first Blauburg 150 calm extractor fan failed to work so emailed the company who promptly replaced it with the same fan but with only pull cord and no timer and other sensors. This second works very well. With buy from the company again if need be. Happy customer.
