Fab customer care the person I dealt with was really helpful I needed a shower enclosure pretty urgently and he found the impossible. The only issue I had (plumber fitting tomorrow) is no instructions with package I. Have had to download and print let’s hope it’s all straight forward.

After being let down by another well known supplier I contacted Westside Bathrooms for an equivalent bath. They were very helpful ordering the bath I required on the Monday and by 10:45hrs Tuesday it was delivered by a cheerful driver. What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend this company.

Great price and great communication

Ordered an Aqualisa shower replacement rail. After 3 attempts, I finally got a rail that fitted my requirements. Westside bathrooms did all the liaising with Aqualisa and kept me informed at all times. I would have preferred to get it right first time but we got there in the end.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and flexible, the Scudo Momentum sliding shower door was of excellent quality, really impressed when it arrived. We had a small snagging issue with the smoothness of the rolling. The team took videos / photos, engaged with the Scudo technical team and made sensible suggestions to resolve. Sure enough, it cured the issue and we have a fantastic quality bathroom now completed. Highly recommend the team, especially as folks should be judged on how they respond where there is an issue. Very much exceeded my expectations.
