Ho viaggiato a Roma con il mio ragazzo. Siamo arrivati in cittá la sera piuttosto tardi e la matttina dovevamo svegliarci presto per visitare le meraviglie della capitale. Abbiamo pensato di affidarci all'applicazione BYHOURS per pernottare prenotando un pacchetto 12h anziché pagare un hotel per un'intera notte. La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fornito un codice per aprire la stanza al nostro arrivo e la mattina successiva di corsa a visitare il museo! La stanza era grande e confortevole. Ripeteremo sicuramente!

Excelente servicio y excelente hotel

C'est génial de pouvoir choisir l'heure d'arrivée, même la nuit, et d'éviter ainsi les horaires fixes auxquels nous sommes habitués dans les hôtels. Je l'ai utilisé plusieurs fois et cela a toujours été très facile, tant pour la réservation que pour l'accès à l'hôtel. Hautement recommandé !

I will definitely use the platform again, it has helped me a lot and several times to stay before my early morning flights :D! It has also helped my mother who, on the odd visit and with a few too many glasses of wine, doesn't drive home and stays a few hours in a hotel of the area, so I find it wonderful! Good job!!

I've booked By Hours for the first time and I saved more than 30 USD. It should be more well-known. I went with my partner to spend a few hours in my home city to disconnect. I was afraid to be charged because I use the hotel facilities (swimming pool and spa) but I didn't. It's quite pleasant to be able to check in at 9 am in morning!

Trato y calidad-precio excelentes

Quería escaparme con mi mujer una noche en la ciudad en la que vivimos, porque el día a día nos consume. Entre el trabajo, rutinas y que somos padres de dos hijos, sentimos como que la llama se va apagando poco a poco. Y buscando planes económicos en Google, encontramos los hoteles por horas que ofrece BYHOURS. Reservamos en el hotel Princesa Plaza, que justo tenían una promoción al reservar un pack de 12 horas con botella de cava a un precio muy económico, mucho mejor que pagar la noche entera y al final es más tiempo del que realmente queríamos estar. El hotel genial, el trato fenomenal y la forma de reservar en la web superfácil todo. Sin duda volveremos a repetir de vez en cuando para darnos un capricho!

He reservado con antelacion de 3 dias y el dia de check in el hotel no tenia plaza. La solucion de Byhours ha sido reubicarme en el hotel mas barato que habia libre en la ciudad y bastante mas lejos de la ubicacion original....un desestre..todo esto despues de largas conversaciones con medio call center..

Te cobran pero el servicio al cliente es pésimo. Mejor utilizar booking o empresas de buena reputación. Roza la estafa.

Es werden Stundenweise Zimmer weiter vermitelt ohne prezise mitzuteilen das beim fehlenden Tätigkeitsnachweis keine Vermitung statfindet. Allgemeine Hinweis das MANCHE Hotels dies verlangen reicht nicht. Das Geld wird auch nicht erstatet. Sehr schwache Leistung.

cuando intentas reservar la pagina deja de funcionar,pero eso si,el dinero te lo cobran y nadie te responde a los mails. malísima experiencia.iros a otras empresas mas serias.ah y encima me cobraron dos veces la reserva

Cuidado no se recomienda esta página hacerla con otra más seria,te cogen dinero de tu tarjeta,no metan sus datos.no te responden el correo.

70 EUR wurden bestätigt + 5 EUR Service. Im Hotel 77 EUR bezahlt + 5 EUR Service via PayPal. Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung und Reklamation meldet sich niemand mehr von BYHOURS. Es spricht niemand Deutsch. Es wird via google-Übersetzer geantwortet. Antworten ergeben teilweise keinen Sinn oder man geht überhaupt nicht auf die Reklamation ein. Betrug! Finger weg!

Hola, ayer reserve por accidente una fecha equivocada de mi estancia en un hotel, a la hora de cancelarlo estuve llamando desde las 18:00 de ayer hasta hoy a las 10:00. Llevo 20 minutos con la canción del servicio de atención al cliente... no me parece normal esto.

Do not use this site!! Booked a stay for between flights, when we got to the hotel they had no record of our booking reference or any of our details, tried to call the helpline but an automated service said no one was available and hung up straight away also emailed and sent a message to their WhatsApp, we got an automated response from the email saying thy received it and the WhatsApp contacts us back over 4 hours after the booking was made for!! They tried blame the hotel saying it was a technical issue and they would call them, it wasn’t a technical issue on the hotels side as two members of staff had tried to sort this, they claimed they called and no one answered which I find hard to believe as there was someone constantly at reception and answering the phone when we were with them. They said their phone line also had a technical issue which is very convenient. They take 0 responsibility and just apologise and say it’s a technical issue or the hotels problem, do not waste your time you’ll only be left embarrassed and out of pocket when you have to pay for a separate booking at the hotel because your one does not exist!

Muy buena oferta de hoteles en ciudades. Especialmente promociones muy interesantes.
