United States | 13 August 2019ByHours did a good job of modifying my booking at the last minute but their customer service was not as prompt as I would have liked which caused me significant frustration and loss of time trying to resolve. During their published business hours, they are not answering the phone and no support was available on their web chat. The other difficulty is that the hotel can’t do anything directly about my reservation either. My recommendation is to cancel any reservation and book a new one instead of asking their customer service to modify it, especially within 24 hours of the reservation. That way one can be sure of the new reservation. When there is a potential for flight delays it might be better to book at the last minute after arrival.

Italy | 30 July 2019I was charged more than I was supposed to and they only got me a partial refund for the difference. They claim no responsibility, nor does the hotel. They said there is nothing they can do about it. So what's the advantage of paying by the hour if in the end you pay like a whole day? This service is a good idea but it just isn't working properly. UPDATE: May 3, 2022 I am still waiting for their "we're doing everything in our hands to get your full refund and we will keep pushing for it". I guess not much in their hands... Spain | 26 June 2019Yo no tengo instalada la App... me conecto por Mobile, El Site es intuitivo y sencillo; en mi caso particular, y aunque no es el objeto de este Survey, yo reservaria con mas frecuencia si algunos hoteles de ciertas zonas dieran un mayor abanico de opciones horarias de entrada tarde-noche, al menos hasta las 19:00 seria muy util.

France | 04 June 2019L'applicatiln est très bien faite, intuitive et ergonomique. Le choix des différentes catégories d'hôtel est pratique. Je la conseille. Un point à améliorer est le dialogue en français quand il y a un problème.

Germany | 28 May 2019Grundsätzlich ist die Plattform sehr gut aufgebaut und die Buchung und auch das Stornieren funktioniert sehr gut. Leider hat sich seit Anfang des Jahres das Angebot drastisch reduziert, was sicher an der Einstellung einiger Hotels liegt, aber aus meiner Sicht an der fehlenden Akquise. Das Ergebnis ist leider: 2018 habe ich die Plattform intensiv genutzt, seit Anfang 2019 keine Buchung mehr. Schade.
