We phoned this company in desperation on the day of intended travel abroad with an elderly relative to attend his son's wedding. Unfortunately we had been let down by another van rental company (which actually turned out just to be a broker rather than having it's own fleet). Emran of Van Genie was very sympathetic to us and was able to offer us an appropriate vehicle by upgrading another customer. The 9 seater vehicle was brand new and ran very well. Pick-up and drop-off was smooth and professional. We couldn't recommend this company more.

Company was very good at helping my need for my European holiday, it was cheaper then the market, staff were very good. The Van I got was a brand new but passenger side was all damaged so that was little disappointing.
