United Kingdom | 13 June 2022Taylors Legal have been very helpful In assisting me in the sale of my flat , Alexis Grant who is part of Elliott Costa’s team was extremely hard working and helpful and managed to get my flat sold under difficult circumstances very professional & helpful. I would highly recommend using Taylors Legal & I myself will be using them in future again.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2022My experience with Taylors Legal was dreadful up until just before Christmas when Emma Taylor (not related to the name of the company) took over and started to handle my case. A person who i was initially working with was never available or reachable and if I wasn’t so deep in the process I would have gone with other company. As luck would have it, Emma took over my case and it was a great experience ever since. She was not only available at any moment, either via email or phone but she was patient, understanding and most importantly compassionate. She really assisted and helped when I needed the solicitor the most. Emma was great, all others I wouldn’t recommend at all.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2022Taylors were recommended to us through our Developer and I would say I wish I sourced my own solicitors. Taylors started off as helpful and you was able to contact who you needed to but as the process went on you couldn't contact anyone, you wasn't called back when they promised they would and this would be ongoing for around a week. They were also very delayed with requesting documents from us and left it just 2 days before completion to post documents for us to sign and return. For the service received the costs / fees are far too high. The draft completion statement also had errors on it so the price we was given was incorrect and caused further delays. However despite our poor experience with Taylors I would like to mention that Emma Levy was maybe the only person who returned our calls on time and was able to provide the help we needed in a short amount of time.

United Kingdom | 21 December 2021My wife and I were going through a sale and struggling to obtain some information required by our current solicitors. I therefore contacted Taylors who handled our purchase over 10 years ago and they managed to find on file and provide the information required in less than an hour, which enabled us to move this particular query forward.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2021I have dealt with many law firms through work , but this has to be the worst legal firm I have ever come across! Totally unreliable and slow. They would even change paralegal without informing and ask you basic questions again! Exchange was delayed by 6 weeks because of them and the fees doesn’t justify the service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A LAW FIRM

United Kingdom | 30 September 2021I am still going through the purchase of new build and I couldn't have asked for more. Always approachable, efficient, attentive and available for questions around the purchase. I have been fortunate enough to receive emotional support during some rough times around the purchase and was attended to promptly, professionally and with respect. I highly recommend the firm and thank the team especially Nicola Taylor and Jid Islam.

United Kingdom | 20 July 2021The only prompt reply you’d get is an automated out of office email.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2021Applied to Taylor's Legal to assist me with the paperwork of property purchase last year. Having professional services background myself, my conclusion is that expectations are not met, reasons below: (1) Communication/ availability. Emails and calls remained unanswered for months, not weeks (dealt with Senay Talat). Absolutely unprofessional when it comes to managing expectations, promised to get back tomorrow, responded in like 3 weeks. (2) Unhelpful. The paperwork provided has not been reviewed by the solicitor whatsoever, essentially it was a pure forward from the developer. When asked questions in respect to contract clauses, the solicitor has just responded with a generic phraze "the developer's solicitors will not agree to amend". My comments were based on a number of other legal paperwork available from other developers, so I knew that some companies do actually incorporate such clauses. (3) Completeness of paperwork. Forms were sent in batches with massive delays versus what was agreed preliminary. The client portal (where the documents were uploaded by the solicitor) didn't work and the provided login & pass were not accepted. When raised this with the solicitor, the answer was "noted". Overall I experienced a poor service performance. If you wish to pay for someone just to forward you the paperwork as a secretary/ personal assistant work without any critical assessment and analysis, then this may potentially be a good solicitor, otherwise I'd stay away if that is possible.
